Mary was the Project Coordinator for this 4 story spec home located in Bucktown, Chicago.

Her involvement in the development included editing plans, producing material schedules, gathering estimates and cost, ordering and tracking material orders, quality inspections, and confirming design details throughout the home. 

As Project Coordinator, Mary reviewed plans before breaking ground and selected materials to fit the developer’s budget. She also staged furnishings for the space.
