Mary was the Project Coordinator for this 4 story custom home located in Gold Coast, Chicago.

The clients wanted a modern design with an emphasis on using natural materials. The overarching goal was to make everything feel seamless throughout the space. This was executed through the strategic placement of material, such as hiding the elevator door in a walnut accent wall or having the main doors to gathering spaces in walnut whereas the closets or utility rooms were concealed with white doors to match the painted drywall. The objective was to draw the eye towards the powerful architectural accents, keeping the attention off day-to-day elements.

As a Project Coordinator, Mary editing plans, producing material schedules, gathering estimates and cost, ordering and tracking material orders, quality inspections, and confirming design details before install throughout the home.
